Bar Dog “Label” Contest Official Rules

Void where prohibited by law. Must be 21 Years of age or older to participate.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

The Bar Dog “Label” Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Foley Family Wines & Spirits (“Sponsor”) and administered by Motive Marketing Group (“Administrator”).

Contest Period

The Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on April 10, 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

The Voting Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on April 20, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on May 1, 2026 (the “Voting Period”).

Sponsor’s server clock is the official timekeeping device for all timing purposes.

Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The 21+ age requirement applies because this Contest involves the promotion of an alcoholic beverage brand.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

There is one (1) method of entry.

Method 1 – Website Entry:

During the Entry Period, visit https://www.bardogwine.com/label-generator/ and use the Bar Dog online label tool to upload a photograph of your dog and complete the official entry form.

Entrants must provide their full legal name, mailing address, and email address, and must confirm they are 21 years of age or older by checking the designated age verification checkbox on the entry form.

Limit three (3) website entries per person and per email address during the Entry Period.

Method 2 – Bonus Social Media Entry:

After completing a valid Website Entry, entrants may receive one (1) bonus entry by sharing their generated label image on Instagram or Facebook during the Entry Period and including the hashtag #MakeYourDogFamous and tagging @BarDogWine in the caption.

Social media accounts must be set to public at the time of posting and verification in order to receive a bonus entry.

Limit one hundred (100) total bonus entries per person during the Entry Period, regardless of platform.

Bonus entries will be verified using Sponsor’s designated social listening or monitoring tool. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify posts that do not comply with these Official Rules or that appear to be fraudulent, automated, or otherwise manipulated.

Engagement metrics (including likes, comments, or shares) do not increase the number of bonus entries.

Entrants who do not use social media may enter up to the maximum number of Website Entries without posting on social media.

Submission Requirements

Each photograph submitted must feature entrant’s own dog as the primary subject, be original and owned by entrant, not contain third-party trademarks, logos, copyrighted material, or identifiable third-party property, not contain unlawful, obscene, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate material, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply.

License

By submitting a photograph, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the submission for promotional, advertising, marketing, and brand-related purposes associated with the Bar Dog brand and this Contest.

Entrant retains ownership of their photograph.

FInalist Selection

At the conclusion of the Entry Period, TEN (10) eligible entries will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will be conducted by the Administrator.

The selected entries will be designated as “Finalists.”

Voting

During the Voting Period, Finalist photographs will be displayed on the Contest website and eligible individuals may vote for their favorite Finalist.

Limit one (1) vote per person per day during the entire Voting Period.

Votes cast using robotic, automatic, macro, scripted, or other unauthorized means are void.

Sponsor reserves the right to audit voting activity, disqualify fraudulent or irregular votes, adjust or remove votes deemed invalid, or revert to a random drawing or internal determination if voting integrity is compromised.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding voting are final and binding.

Grand Prize Winner Selection

At the conclusion of the Voting Period, the Grand Prize winner will be the Finalist who has received the highest number of valid votes during the Voting Period.

In the event of a tie in votes between two or more Finalists, Sponsor retains sole discretion to determine the Grand Prize winner from among the tied Finalists. Sponsor’s decision is final and binding.

In the event of technical issues or integrity concerns, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner by random drawing.

Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive (a) having the winning dog photograph featured on a future vintage of Bar Dog Sauvignon Blanc, subject to regulatory approval and production timelines, and (b) a Bar Dog branded merchandise bundle consisting of one (1) shirt, one (1) hat, one (1) dog bandana, and one (1) printed custom label. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize merchandise bundle: $30.00.

Nine (9) Finalists (non-Grand Prize winners) will each receive one (1) Bar Dog branded merchandise item. ARV of each Finalist prize: $30.00.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No cash value is assigned to the label feature.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with any merchandise prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Winner Notification, Verification, and Forfeiture

The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the conclusion of the Voting Period. Winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

Winner must confirm eligibility by providing proof of age (21 years or older) and a valid government-issued ID, and must complete and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release within the specified deadline.

If the winner fails to respond within 72 hours of notification, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining Finalists at Sponsor’s discretion.

Alcohol Regulatory Compliance

All label usage is subject to applicable federal, state, and local alcohol beverage laws and regulations, including review and approval by the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) where required.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify the selected photograph as necessary to comply with alcohol labeling regulations, production standards, or brand guidelines.

If regulatory approval is denied or delayed, Sponsor may substitute alternative promotional use of the winning photograph.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair integrity.

Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry or voting process.

Sponsor is not responsible for changes to, unavailability of, or limitations imposed by social media platforms that may affect participation in the bonus entry method.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors that may occur in the administration of the Contest.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Administrator from any claim arising out of participation or acceptance of any prize.

Disputes

All disputes arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California.

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

By entering the Contest, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and as necessary for the administration of this Contest, including finalist selection, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and public announcement of winners.
